When you contact Nielsen Masonry, we use the information you provide to discuss your project or employment interest and respond to you.

What we collect

Project inquiries include your name, email, optional phone number, project type, and message. Employment applications include your name, email, phone number, role interest, experience, and availability. Please do not send Social Security numbers, financial information, medical details, or other sensitive identifiers.

Who can see it

Authorized Nielsen Masonry administrators can review submissions in a protected owner area. Sovelus provides website hosting and technical support. AWS provides hosting, storage, and authentication infrastructure. Notification emails contain a private sign-in link and reference number, rather than your application details. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

Website inquiries and employment applications are automatically removed after 12 months. Administrators may delete them sooner. Protected backups can retain earlier copies during their backup cycle; they are not used for routine access. If a conversation leads to a project or employment, separate business records may be kept as required for that relationship.

Security and cookies

Human verification uses a locally verified computational challenge, not an advertising tracker. The website uses short-lived, hashed network identifiers to limit abuse. The owner area uses essential secure sign-in cookies and Amazon Cognito authentication. We do not run advertising cookies or analytics on this website.
